The presence of patience for the youth.

In the past 2 years or so there are people I know to an extent that have been incarcerated for possible committed offenses while they are still  very young.

Most involve money or were as a consequence of wrong associations. I’ve realized that in our youth we come to engage with different social classes and consequently people that are often older than us as young people.

It’s a fact that youth are in that room but there’s a difference in the societal standing however that is  the circle you are  in as a young person.

You see a lot in these times,  you see wealth, materialistic things, a life you could live or sometimes being way better off as opposed to your current standing.

This brings ideas in a young person’s mind to do something to elevate you to the societal paradigm of what you associate yourself with or the circle you keep a check on.

You see you resolve to commit a crime because of the need to reach that stage, immediately for that matter.

What you don’t consider is this. You are young and it’s okay not to have it all or to have everything in order now.

Your twenties/youth are the times you use to build yourself into the room properly. There’s no need to rush into things and if you are at some point stuck you are still young enough to have your family look out for you, to go home and start over.

To discuss a way forward into how to get yourself out of precarious situations. There’s no absolute reason to take a risk that will scar you for life.

Your youth is the time you have to build in, it is now that you have to make peace with not having it all but knowing the worth of what others have and being okay with working towards what you want CLEAN.

But we take risks and end up in cells with criminal records for a long time/forever.

To see people I grew up with as kids or have known since I was a kid be involved in crimes is sad especially where there is potential to be better.

A quick fix will either be that or it will be the fix that breaks your life forever and society will never look at you the same way.

A conviction stays with you and bars you from many life opportunities while you haven’t even  reached the age of your prime.

I guess what I’m trying to say is at this point don’t let desperation or problems drive you to crime because if and when you are caught even that risk you took becomes pointless and ruins your life.

Allow your life to play out, if you laugh, you love, you’ve got family and you’re surviving now..: you are okay.

I’m saying this because you’ve reached the stage to discern as to what people have and what you have and you’re probably thinking of when your time will come or when you will get it.

Let time do it’s work but live on the right path, hustle, build and be content for greed and gluttony are deadly sins and they will bury you. We cannot have young people just going like that.

There is more to you than a conviction;

There is more to you I say so please...

Stay out of crime and understand the growth process.

Negative comparison is an omen so understand your journey and that not all are the same.

Let it go and work on you please.
